Karac Boldick
Founder / Creative Director / Lead Youth Worker & Mentor
Karac has been a professional Youth Worker in Birmingham for 13 years, and a voluntary one even longer. His side hustles have included working as a freelance illustrator, music producer, videographer and DJ.
As well as his passion for youth work, community, cooking, music and the arts, he's also a massive nerd and obsesses over comic books, abstract Hip Hop, video games and whatever interest he has that week.
Joanne Green
Safeguarding Director
Jo has been Pastoral and Safeguarding Lead at a primary school for many years. She is deeply committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment for children, young people and their families. With a passion for supporting their wellbeing, she works closely with staff, pupils, and parent/carers to build positive relationships and promote genuine outcomes.
Outside of her work roles, she channels her creativity and energy into artistic balloon installations and Zumba (but not at the same time!).
Kate Moore
Finance Director
Kate is a Net Zero Consultant by trade, helping organisations to monitor and reduce their carbon footprint. Her spare time is spent with her children and husband, building Lego or baking!
Katie Boldick
Funding & Networking Director
Katie is a mum of two children and has been an Adult Social Worker for over 9 years. In her spare time she likes to read, sing in her choir and plan holidays!
Sarah Simpson
Data Protection & Communications Director
Sarah has a background in childcare and has been a nurse since 2014. Any spare time she has is spent with her family, keepung up with her son and his clubs or seeing friends.
